How to grant access to the Instagram account

If your ads also use Instagram, it's recommended that the Instagram account is connected correctly in Business Manager and assigned to the team managing the campaigns.

Steps

Go to Business Settings.

Go to Accounts.

Choose Instagram Accounts.

Select the Instagram account.

Make sure it's connected to the correct Business.

Grant access to the person / partner managing the campaigns.
- ›For a partner, use our Business ID: 1703044496521723.

Check the association with the Ad Account.

💡 Note

If Instagram isn't connected, ads may run in a limited way or use the Facebook page as the main identity.
