How to check that you granted Meta access correctly
Once you've granted the accesses, a minute of checking is worth it. The list below helps you make sure nothing was left out — the most common problem is a forgotten asset.

Go to Business Settings → Partners and check that the partner appears in the list.

Click on the partner and check which assets are assigned.
- ›You should see: Ad Account, Page, Pixel/Dataset and (if applicable) Catalog + Instagram.

In Data Sources, check that the Pixel / Dataset is connected to the correct Ad Account.

If you use a catalog, check in Data Sources → Catalogs that it's associated with the Ad Account.

Cauză posibilă: Possible causes: the invitation wasn't accepted; you granted access only to the Business Manager, not to the assets; you picked a different Business Manager; you selected a different ad account; access was given as a person rather than as a partner; or the permissions are insufficient.
You have access to Ads, but you can't see the Pixel.+
Cauză posibilă: The Pixel / Dataset hasn't been assigned to the partner / person, or it isn't connected to the ad account. The Pixel is a separate asset — it must be assigned separately from Data Sources.
You have access to the page, but you can't create ads.+
Cauză posibilă: We have access to the Page, but not to the ad account — or we don't have the “Create Ads” permission. Page access does not include Ad Account access.
You have access to Ads, but not to the Catalog.+
Cauză posibilă: The Catalog is a separate asset and must be assigned separately from Data Sources → Catalogs.
I can't find a Pixel, I only see a Dataset.+
Cauză posibilă: In many Meta accounts, the Pixel is organised under a Dataset. Select the correct Dataset from Data Sources — it's the same thing, only the name has changed.
